Karnafuly Cruise Line partnered with SoCred with the aim of enhancing their brand presence across all social platforms. Through captivating visuals and persuasive messaging, SoCred showcased Karnafuly Cruise Line’s unique features and luxurious amenities, sparking curiosity among targeted audience and effectively introducing the idea of cruise travel. One of the primary platforms is Facebook, where we employed targeted promotions. The results were remarkable, with a staggering 403% increase in reach, an impressive 842% increase in post engagements and 550% increase in post reactions, significantly expanding Karnafuly Cruise Line’s online presence in a matter of months. Staying updated on most effective promotional methods, we achieved a 100% increase in reach through Facebook story and approximately 23,000 profile visits showcasing an exponential growth in interest and exploration of the brand. Currently the Facebook page operates with an audience of 16,800. On Instagram, a platform explored later in the journey, SoCred focused on leveraging the visual appeal to highlight the allure of cruise travel. Our strategies resulted in over 3000 profile visits and a 100% increase in reach and 650 follower growth, indicating growing interest and engagement among Instagram users. Thinking beyond mainstream social media, SoCred introduced Karnafuly Cruise Line in YouTube and LinkedIn as well. With purely organic reach, the views on YouTube videos range from 500 to 2000 while LinkedIn garnered a followership of 600.
